Get to truly understand want you want to achieve from that role Draw up an appropriate job description using our industry knowledge Develop and approve an advert

Place adverts on Indeed and Reed Monitor response and where necessary tweak to attract the right candidate Send out e-mail alerts to our database of job seekers

Shortlist the c.v.s and send recommendations to you Conduct, brief, first point of contact interviews to qualify candidate Arrange interviews and send out interview details
At that point we hand over to you to conduct interviews.
If you would like us to attend those interviews, draw up interview questions and negotiate a package on your behalf we are happy to do this and simply charge you an hourly rate to do so.
